Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Bellwork (Atlanta, Georgia). By using Bellwork you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Bellwork.

What Bellwork is

Bellwork turns a teacher's lesson into review games played at the front of the room. Teachers use it; students never need accounts.

Accounts

You don't need an account to play. If you create one, keep access to your sign-in (Google, Microsoft, or email) secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be an adult (18 or older) to create one.

Your lessons

You keep all rights to the lessons you upload and the questions Bellwork makes from them. You let us process them only to run Bellwork for you (see Privacy & data). Only upload material you have the right to use, and don't include students' personal information. Questions are written by AI: review them before you play, since they can contain mistakes.

Plans and payment

Bellwork is free, with 2 lesson uploads a month. Bellwork Plus costs $8.99 a month or $79 a year (plus any tax), billed in advance through Stripe, and allows up to 50 uploads a month and a library synced across devices. It renews automatically until you cancel. If we change a price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Bellwork: no attempts to break or overload it, get around plan limits, access other people's data, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We may change or improve Bellwork and these terms. For significant changes we'll tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. We work to keep Bellwork available but can't promise it will never be down.

Disclaimers and liability

Bellwork is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Bellwork isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
